After facing medical challenges, Cate rebuilt herself with six years of weightlifting, nutrition education and mental wellness focus, leading her to pursue personal training two years ago. She integrates these lessons to empower others to reclaim their health and confidence -- especially clients who want to reconnect with their body and discover its capabilities.

When the weather cools, the energy moves indoors. It’s the same fun group and individual challenges in a wide-indoor space to keep physical motion year round.

Same dynamic movement and interactive group activities and individual workouts to experience in class.
